Stay on the bunk.
Pay attention.
Look around a first-person cell, listen for officer counts and corridor sounds, and follow a daily routine. The camera turns; your character stays on the bunk.
DAW / first-person jail simulation / early access
A cell. A bunk. A tablet full of possibilities. DAW Jail Simulator makes a world out of the smallest space: read, write, draw, listen, and build a routine while the corridor carries on.
Includes the current Android APK and Windows EXE. Early access, version 16.8. Purchase availability is shown at checkout.

The experience
There is no walking out.
There is plenty to do within.
Look around a first-person cell, listen for officer counts and corridor sounds, and follow a daily routine. The camera turns; your character stays on the bunk.
The MiniLinux tablet brings together a reading library, manuscript notes, a Linux-style virtual terminal, creative tools, and links to external services.
Keep a bunk journal, track reading, draw pixel art, watch the routine, and take on the daily ration puzzle. Game points are fictional and stay in the local sandbox.

Your prison-issue tablet
Open the library. Start a manuscript. Keep a journal. Make pixel art. Use the virtual terminal or the included local arcade. The cell's routine carries on while you decide how to spend your time.
MiniLinux is a browser-based virtual desktop and shell. External services open in your browser; DAW does not sign in for you.
Choose your platform
One current-release purchase.
Both platform downloads.
Allow installation from your browser when Android asks. This is a direct APK release, outside Google Play.
The installer currently has no Windows publisher certificate. Windows may show an unknown publisher notice.
Core play and local saves work offline. External websites and optional console runtimes require internet. ROMs, BIOS, third-party subscriptions, microphone/camera access, and a Linux kernel are not included. The current Android package supports local in-app saves; native file import/export is not included. Physical Android devices and WebXR headsets still need further testing.
One personal DAW license with downloads of the current Android APK and Windows x64 installer. Choose your first platform at checkout; both formats are available in your download library after a verified purchase.
Yes. The native packages contain the existing DAW v16.8 browser game in an Android WebView or Windows WebView2 application. MiniLinux is a simulated desktop and command shell.
Core gameplay, included reading and creative tools, local saves, and the built-in CHIP-8 work locally. External web services and optional EmulatorJS console runtimes need a connection. Supply only ROMs and BIOS you have the right to use.
They stay in the app's local browser storage on your device. Clearing app data can erase them. Use export tools where supported to keep separate copies.
Open Your downloads in the same browser used for purchase. You can also save the private recovery link shown after payment and use it on another device. Each file download link expires after five minutes; your library can issue another.
This release uses fictional local points and ledger simulations. Wallet connections, signatures, real token transfers, online rewards and live trading are disabled.
